Taylor-Swift

Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift discovered a love for the arts at a very young age, and quickly moved from roles in theatre for children to her first appearance before an audience of tens of thousands. Swift was eleven years old when she performed The Star-Spangled Banner at a Philadelphia 76ers basketball match. In the following year, she began writing songs, and also picked up the guitar. Swift took inspiration from artists who played country music, like Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks as well as the Chicks to come up with original songs that expressed the apathy she experienced at 13. Swift's family moved to Tennessee from Pennsylvania at the age of 13, so that she would have more time exploring country music labels in Nashville.
